Steps to Alamodome & Riverwalk w/ Large Jacuzzi

As a Superhost, my goal is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you to create lasting memories during your stay in my home. But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. Kitchen: Only use food, that you have bought. Labeling your food helps to limit confusion. Coffee and water are complimentary. Please clean all of your dishes. First Aid Kit is under the sink. Heating & A/C: The temperature is preset between 68-72 degrees to create a comfortable environment for all guests. Please do not change the thermostat. Noise: As multiple guests including myself stay onsite. I ask that you keep noise down after 9pm, if possible. Laundry: There is a washer and dryer available for you to use. (Please use your own detergent) Hot Tub Rules: 1. Shower or bathe with soap before entering hot tub 2. Use clean swim wear – never use street clothes 3. Consult a physician before use if pregnant or if you have health concerns 4. Limit time spent soaking (max 45 min) 5. No FOOD, DRINK, or GLASS 6. Don’t use the hot tub if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol 7. Please cover and latch when not in use 8. Use at your own risk. I cannot be held responsible for your safety whilst you are using the hot tub. You will be held responsible for any damages. Parking Decal: If you have a car during your stay, please place parking decal in your rear view window 2 hours before and 2 hours after Alamodome events. (Signs and cones and placed at the end of the street during events) Failure to use decal may result in a ticket or towing from the City of San Antonio. Be sure return the parking decal to the room prior to check out. Failure to return the decal will result in a $50 service fee. Fees: Additional cleaning: $100 Key Replacement: $30 Late Check Out Fee: $100/hour Lost Parking Decal: $50 Smoking Fee: $200

In addition to the the private guest room, guests are welcome to enjoy the shared amenities as well. The house has a fully appointed kitchen, living room, guest bathroom, front loading washer & dryer. The bathroom is equipped with complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
